About MD 1st Choice Hospice

MD 1st Choice Hospice is a licensed, Medicare/Medi-Cal certified and ACHC accredited hospice program serving patients in Southern California. 

 

MD 1st Choice Hospice is committed to providing the highest quality medical care in an environment of compassion and spiritual and emotional support. We provide optimized pain management and care in harmony with each patient's wishes, traditions, and living will mandates. We also provide loving care to the patient's family, as the patient, family and close friends enjoy an environment of love, support, safety, and absolute care.

MD 1st Choice Hospice focuses on the palliation of a terminally ill patient's pain and symptoms and attending to their emotional and spiritual needs at the end of life. We prioritize comfort and quality of life by reducing pain and suffering. We offer routine home care, general inpatient care, continuous care, and respite care depending on patient needs.

We are dedicated to providing ongoing education to ensure patients and their families are aware of the benefits of hospice care and our ability to utilize hospice services to cater our patients.
